Users can swiftly generate quotes tailored to client requirements, utilizing customizable templates and pricing structures. With seamless integration, sales teams can track quotes through every stage of the sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate communication with clients. The platform offers insights into quote status and conversion rates, empowering teams to make informed decisions and optimize their sales processes.
Let's try this hands on. In this task, you will create a new sales quote for Anderson Consulting Firm that will include custom pricing and quote lines for installation work and expenses.
1. From the navigation pane, under Sales section, click Quotes and then click +New.
2. On the New Quote page, complete the settings below and click Save.

1. On the ERP and CRM Implementation page, click Project Price Lists tab, click on more commands icon and then click Create Custom Pricing. Please note that this custom pricing will only be effective for this quote only. Any changes to custom pricing in the quote will not have any impact on global pricelist.
2. After processing has finished, click on US Bill Rates
3. On the US Bill Rates page, click Category prices tab, select Mileage, and click Edit.
1. On the New Transaction Category Price page, in the Price Calculation box, select Price per unit, in the Price box, type 2.00 and click Save & Close.
2. On the US Bill Rates page, click Save & Close.
Add New Quote Lines
1. On the ERP and CRM Implementation page, click Quote Lines tab and click + Add New Quote Line.
2. On the New Quote Line page, complete the following settings and click Save & Close.

2. On the Quick Create: Quote Line Customer pane,

and click Save and Close.
3. On the AMS page, select Anderson consulting firm and click Edit.
4. On the Anderson consulting firm page, on the Billing Split Percent box, change to 70.00 and click Save & Close.
5. On the AMS page, click Save & Close.
6. On the ERP and CRM implementation page, click Save & Close.
7. To view detailed analysis of each quote, click the quote name and click on the following tabs:
